DELIVERY PERFORMANCE & TRACKING
To ensure the continued delivery of our high quality and prompt service, the following measures are in place:
Driver performance is continually monitored using satellite tracking surveillance.
Delivery times on all routes are strictly monitored.
An operations office at the Johannesburg branch ensures that all vehicles are monitored to ensure proper fleet management.
This office communicates with clients on a regular basis.
All trucks are equipped with mobile phones and satellite tracking.
These measures mean that goods arrive safely and on time, and as a company we are constantly aware of the whereabouts of our vehicles.
In addition we provide our clients with constant updates and cost effective transportation.
